I think they are, yes. When you look back, even though I think some of our managers of the past aren't given enough credit for what they did do, overall I wouldn't want to return to the hire and fire cycle that we got in to as we failed to get anywhere year after year.
We're going through a bad patch, but we have a manager who's proved himself at all levels and we know can work with the sort of budgets and transfer fees Sheffield United will give him.
He'll be more loyal than most and will be happier than most to work within our limits. I think we'll get through this bad patch and although this season doesn't look like it will be anything like as good as last season, I am still confident we won't go down with Wilder and Knill in charge.
