One of the worst misses I have ever seen for us

You gotta remember it is Cannon's job. If you were as shit underperforming in yours during your probation I don't think you'd be kept on (pre April 25 employment changes)

Should play in the reserves till either he starts scoring or a decision is made (don't hold your breath) to get rid/loan out.

Form temporary, if he’d rocketed that into the top corner, the OP would even have mentioned it, negativity is his mantra - shit happens mate, us onlookers can do nothing about it.

Yes I think if we get there Peck will score at Wembley. The most deserving player to as well.
Told him the other week that I don’t care about anything else this season, him scoring will top it. Definitely deserves one

His movement in and around the box is top drawer. Almost always where he should be. The exact opposite to Brewster. Two runs first half (one narrowly offside). Three great pieces of movement in the box. I can see why he has the goal record at this level that he does. It's s bit weird to have a striker with his skill set. Very strange for us. I'd love to see him playing off a target man type. Should've scored one or two today mind.
Are you his agent ?

Should have scored definitely no doubt but the pass was behind him and the keeper came out quick. Definitely not one of the worst misses I've seen for us, if anything there was a worse one and the same game earlier.
It’s called composure, good players have it,hope he finds it.

It's a cliche, but you have to get into the position to miss. I liked Cannon's movement at times, not all game as he had some frustrating moments too. It was a bad miss, but that doesn't give much on his overall game, which is improving.

I actually thought that One's decision making to try and do his man down a blind alley rather than play the ball to i think Brewster / O'Hare was more frustrating than Cannon's 6 yard miss.
I think Cannon's lack of physical strength, decision making in possession and his slow reactions/lack of awareness are the issues. He strikes the ball pretty well and all strikers miss sitters

I'm hindsight I should probably have used the worst 'emphatic' rather than 'worst'.

No blame if he hit the woodwork but ballooning it over like that was embarrassing, like when Brewster nearly hit the corner flag a couple of years back.

Honestly thought this was the hamer on. Tbh o'hare should have shot himself

And harmer miss today from 2 yards out ?

And the end product was ?

If you keep doing that you have ability and will score goals. It's one of the hardest skills in the game. If his teammates didn't kick two easy passes behind him it'd help mind you.

It's a poor miss, but it's not even the worst miss from one of our players today.

And the reason you didn't use a more suitable word is because he's already been made a scapegoat, and some fans enjoy giving those players a kick while they're down.

Do you doubt that I could find an embarrassing moment this season from every member of the squad? Funny you mention one of Brewster's, it's almost as though you only remember the mistakes made by scapegoats...
