Am I missing something here? Are we blaming anyone for the goal we conceded?

That goal that came from a rebound off the post that fell to their player with literally an open net? You could look for blame as to why they were allowed that shot that hit the post in the first place but at this point are we suggesting we shouldn't be allowed to concede shots on target now?

The goal had been coming but the glaws in the set up and us getting overrun saw gaps all over. They had 3 great chances before the goals. They were picking up every loose ball in the middle as Phillips was up against three.

in terms of the goal, he lost a tackle and then they had men over. There is a big gap between Choudhury and Tanganga. Nobody tracks the runner and he slips a simple vall. Nobody goes with Hedges. Then Clark runs in unopposed as Arblaster is static and fails to run back.

There are individual mistakes from a number of players who dont stop runners, close the ball or react but the whole shape and structure had left us wide open. At home a ream who had won 1 in 14 should not be having one on ones almost fairly routinely.

The ball flew in between them. No time to react. The reason their scorer was able to score is because he WAS BEHIND them.

The fault isn't down to the defenders in that image above. The move all started from BBD deciding to dive in the box rather than try and reach the ball.

We concede from a shot outside/on the edge of the box. It’s not rocket science, nor do you have to be a good footballer, just watch the 18 yard line and get a block in.
Garbage once again against a team that had scored 5 goals away all season, in bottom 3, and they were the better side. CW will keep us up, but that is about it. Shocking team selection, and woeful tactics.
But for the dismissal we would have lost. He has lost his way.

Our 'getting the second ball' is shocking, has been for years. We just do not react quick enough.
