Most high-profile ones I can remember are Demba Ba failed his medical at Stoke, and Leroy Fer failed his for Everton... strange really since neither went on to be professional hospital patients like Wilshere or Sturridge

All but complete. Just being shown around all the micro breweries and themed barbershops that charge £50 for a trim and squirt of luxury beard foam that has subtle notes of sandalwood and salted caramel.

Read yesterday that Narwich offered £0 for Jordan Rhodes?? Even with his Wendy connections I thought that was a tad harsh. But I guess it's in keeping with what they are (or aren't in this case) spending.

Because Farke is the best manager in the league and they've realised that they don't actually need to sign anyone... Until they start conceding 5 goals a match, their midfield doesn't touch the ball and Pukki remembers that he's actually not very good at football.
 
Norwich are playing the sentimental card of “We trust the players that got us promotion” Risky, a few injuries could make it a long season, although most transfer strategies of promoted teams have their disadvantages. Their also probably aware of the mess they got themselves into last time when they threw money at it. I for one think Chris is doing a brilliant job of bringing in young talent from the Championship in the hope they can make the step up if not A) we have a bloody dangerous championship side B) Expensive players to make the club money. McBurnie being one of them. UTB!!
 
Just had a quick look at Norwich's forum, Farke has said they'll be having a quiet end to the transfer window, they also believe they've offered £0 for Rhodes and they're all pretty happy with everything. They seem to all agree they need another CDM, but aren't that worried that they haven't really signed anyone. We'd be in complete meltdown if it was us!

I don't understand weeermunnehsgone for them? Have they got a banging interest rate somewhere and they are hanging on to it or what?
 
At this moment in time I would deffo have Norwich to finish below us . Think our recruitment has been quite shrewd.

Now , where is Oli Oli Oli ??? Announcement soon surely ?
 
Like I said, risky, they must believe that what they had last year was a premier league side in the championship, strange but that must be there mindset, unless they have some financial problem in the background. I know they won the league but if you take a team like wolves who were by far one of the most impressive promoted sides in recent memory (Maybe Newcastle 2010?) even they brought more players into the fold to help them survive. We were unbeaten when we played them last season and have added improvements, someone said earlier you can’t stand still, look at what’s happened to John west’s tuna galactico’s.

Your right I wouldn’t feel comfortable if we had not spent on bringing players in.
 
I’d be disappointed if we spent nothing when we went up. But good luck to them, they trust what got them there and to be fair we’re probably worthy champions last year.

But I guess the difference between them and us and villa is we had plenty of loan players and an aging nucleus that required replacing.

They maybe need 2/3 upgrades. We needed upgrades and to replace like 5 loan players
