If we can sign a striker ..either Perm or on loan maybe we can let him back out on loan to the Championship as to me he is way off the pace and level required for us ...currently ....

Trouble is finding another striker in Jan to come ...maybe someone from abroad as unless it’s Watkins on a perm deal I don’t really fancy anyone else who is affordable or available ...

McBurnie has just had two of his best performances of the season and is clearly part of Wilder’s plans for the remainder of the season. No chance whatsoever he’s going out on loan in this window. And I very much doubt we’ll be looking to sign any forwards in this window either.

What a bizarre post.

He's literally just starting to come good. We've spent £20m on the lad & you want to get rid already after a combined minutes total probably equating to less than 10 games. Give over mate. Can't wait for him to prove you & others wrong.

We've all posted when pissed and come to regret it , but this one comes very close to abusing the privilege .

It’s not suggesting he go on loan so much that’s awful, but the suggestion we bring Watkins in instead. Brentford have stuck £25m tag in him. And he’s only a decent championship striker....just like the one we have already.
Mousset proves there are much better and more impactful players out there for considerably less than £25m!! (Which is also outside our budget too btw)

no major changes in Jan by look of it, just better cover coming in for the first team lads to replace the likes of Bryan.

Thought he played very well in the Villa game. His hold up and link up play was excellent. The goal against Man U was actually a great goal considering the height and pace it came to him at.

Lots to offer.

Ridiculous post.

OP knows his stuff, rest know nowt, apart from knowsnowt who knows his stuff and headbutts threads if they were babies.

Any striker will be going it's Billy. What's point signing players if we ain't gonna give em time and a chance?

The likely order of the current strikers leaving the club is likely to be as follows:

- Clarke
- Sharp
- Robinson
- McGoldrick
- McBurnie
- Mousset

The OP obviously doesn't rate McB (I wonder whether he's seen his more recent performances?!?!) but I'm afraid he won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Have it on good authority we're swapping him for Barry 'Premier League' Bannan.

All at the Sty were impressed by his Drake gear and are willing to part with the best midfielder outside of Barcelona to land him.

A few weeks ago I would’ve happily and hastily agreed with the OP, not now though, I’ve seen enough in the last few weeks to suggest his attacking play will be very beneficial to us, his work rate has improved immeasurably too.
