I think more accurate to say last season proved Adkins inherited Clough's squad which contained a lot of twats who brought him down. Despite his great record in management (and I do wish him well) he obviously wasn't made of the right stuff to deal with that scenario, and I think what we are starting to see now from Wilder is an object lesson in exactly how to deal with that scenario.no , the only thing proved last season was Adkins was a useless twat,
he single handedly made players look worse by having no clue on any formations
dare say some of them will look better used properly , not all of them , obviously
in the same way Woy made the cream of English football look like crewe reserves
This is becoming his squad already, before a ball is kicked, Adkins failed in that respect. Can't see any mardyarse player getting one over on him and Knill.
