And this is only the beginning!!!!!

At least it can't get any worse!

What have I just said.................????????
Ffs.

Conveniently you choose to ignore the positive comments about him. Why not watch him and judge him on his performance for us? How many times have you actually watched him for Wolves?
Conveniently you choose to ignore the vast majority of comments that are negative about the player. I'm sure Wolves fans have seen much more of him than I ever will and are better placed than me to judge his lack of effort and laziness. Keep on clinging on to your dreams that Wilder always gets it right in the transfer market, deludomol is it? Talk about scraping the barrel more like we are licking up the drips on the floor from the spoon.

I've not ignored anything. Neither have i said, or believe, Wilder always gets it right. No manager does. Docherty was a very good player at his peak. I have no idea what he is like now, probably just like you. Why not wait and see, instead of basing your opinion on around 15 Wolves fans views.

This is going to be one hell of a long season, Wilder is going peak Wilder and doubling down on his stereotypical signings. the only crumb of comfort is surely now he must be getting to the end of his 'little black book of players I've always wanted' and may, shock horror have to look further afield.

Until we develop a scouting network and a manger brave enough to use it we're going nowhere.

In all my years of reading your 'viewfroms' Roygbiv , I'd say that's about the worst I can remember.

The Coventry fans views on the 'waste of space that was John Fleck' were funny, but IIRC, there were more redeeming comments.

I hoped we'd learned a lesson with Shackleton, regarding sicknote players, but apparently not.

It genuinely pains me the sheer lack of competency of the people at the top of our club. We have absolutely wasted the most successful period we’ve had in the modern era. Why is the scouting department so so so so abysmal. Why do Leeds find players abroad who seemingly come from nowhere who are exciting and we get a 34 year old waaaay past it player. Gutting.

Because of Wilder.

Might be an idea to see him play before dismissing him as 'way past it'. Plenty of players are still decent at 34.

Well past his best and despite thinking he was a good player years ago, he's looked distinctly iffy last few times I've seen him.

However, time will tell. I didn't expect much from Bamford last season and was very wrong.

My only memory of him is David Brooks (schoolboy looks) taking the piss out of him and nut megging him and Doherty getting somewhat angry about it all.
