Was sat in the Marples, having a pint, when the Undertones came walking in, they sat with us and we had a few beers and a laugh, no sign of Feargal Sharkey, we asked where he was and they all sort of rolled their eyes and said, "he doesn't hang around with us", or something like that. We had tickets and went to the gig later, great night.

Was googling for info on Brian Hill the Wendy player in the above photo. He played football in Belgium (Club Brugge) and committed suicide in 1968.

I got my seasons mixed up the season after we took a early 2-0 lead (Woodward & Jones) then to half the ground it looked like Birch made it 3-0 but the cross was a bit too high so he punched it in Maradonna style, the pigs has they do luckily pulled it back to 2-2.

Yes, he went to Ecclesall Juniors and then High Storrs. More than once the Green Un mentioned him being a Blade fan when he was young
