Not sure, i think the numbers were just sewn on either the centre or sides in those days werent they? I dont think it was too particular. Maybe someone else can advise.

Looks like this went for £650 in the end
 
For ultra rare tops they seem to appear quite frequently. It's probably like the chocolate biscuit episode of Bagpuss where it's actually just the same one over and over.

20150731_070923.jpg20200729_073827_04.jpgToffs replica of banana kit and a knock off Ebay seller a year or so ago on the other, which was only up for a few weeks. Added the Umbro logo on the sleeves, but ordered the later upper case font instead of the correct lower case.
Main thing is I can actually wear them as opposed to paying nearly a grand for originals which they'd be no chance of.

That 4th division one is my favourite away shirt of all time, I had it but long gone now. I would love another one but way out of my price range now. The replica one didn't do it for me, its the sponsor, obviously in 1981 they didn't put sponsors on shirts you bought from the club shop or suggs, but I don't actually remember that sponsor on that particularly shirt in a match. Could be my memory but for me it would have been better without the sponsor.

Just googled it and I can only find one image of the shirt where you can see the front of the shirt, (Edwards celebrating a goal against Bradford) and that doesn't seem to have the sponsor on.
The home shirt did have it on because you can see it on the programmes.
I will have to get my old 4th Division programmes out and see if there are anymore pictures.

The Shoreham St Magnifique version was sponsorless, and is pretty much perfect in my opinion.

Of course the Hobotts logo is stylised with his own branding but it's a very small difference overall and, like you say, it's not like the originals are within reach.

I have one in Large, too small for me so never worn but had sold out by the time it arrived so kept it. I'd be willing to part with it if you're interested.

I'm selling Shoreham St Magnifique versions of the 1983 and 1986 away shirts.

Both XL (42/44) and in perfect condition. Photos below.

Got a Tony Currie replica shirt with 10 on the back, and two or three others.

Is the TC shirt (XL natch) worth owt?
 
I've got the yellow/brown stripe Hobott original in good condition size large..depressing that it actually fitted me 40 years ago.
 
I was sorting out my shirt collection and found a fantastic Blades shirt that I forgot I had it in my collection. Any ideas on what’s it worth by now? Was it a fans favourite given it’s a special anniversary shirts and has stripes on the back?
