What are peoples opinion of Micky Adams? He has took a lot of clubs up in the past with fairly poor squads - Fulham were heading for the conference he took them up. He also got Brighton and Leicester up.
He's obviously a good motivator - which we need. Plus he's a Blade, and will actually have that desire to succeed.
