Good to see someone talking a bit of sense on here instead of the clueless 'pub football fan' chat I seem to see on here a lot.

To get rid of Blackwell after 5 poor results would be total disrespect to a man who transformed us from hovering above the relegation zone to near enough a play off place and then was one game away from making us a Premier League team last season. The man has done nothing wrong in my eyes.

The players we have out is a huge loss. It must be bloody hard as a manager to get a team of players who haven't played much football together, playing well and gaining results no matter how good your back up players are.

I think Monty being out proves what a massive player he is for us. Think we haven't won since he's been injured which says alot.

When we get our full first team squad back then we should start to see results going in our favor. UTB!

Stability is the key to any football team and chopping the manager every 2 seasons or what ever it has been, will not be the right thing to do for our long term goal of getting back in the Premier League.

We hardly played good football under Warnock. It was pretty direct most of the time. Now and again we'd pass the ball on the deck but wasn't the most exactly attractive to watch.
