Norwich Preview

Good analysis mate. I just thought Norwich had found a knack of scoring late goals but was expecting then to start drying up eventually. However seeing that it is part of that sneaky German fellow's masterplan, having deliberately worn teams down is very interesting if not a little concerning.

Like you say, 1st half could be key for us. Hopefully Wilder & Knill have a few tricks up their sleeve for the 2nd too.

Huge match, can't wait.

Quite agree Stretch
first half is key for us as was shown again last week at Swansea
convert the chances and the game becomes different
good analysis Louis

Previewing this weekend's six pointer, comparing each team's system, with a prediction on how the game should play out. Make sure to give it a read!! UTB

It's very good and I enjoyed reading it - thanks.

The chances are though that it will not turn out like that. Football has a funny knack of not being so predictable. It's good to know though that Norwich only spend the first half time-wasting now, instead of the whole match.;)

My advice would be to play crap in the 1st half, we’re always much better in the 2nd when we do! Play well in the 1st half and it often falls away.

I don’t know why but I get the feeling this game will either be a Villa at home early in this season or a Wolves play off final game !

Nice, well informed and interesting read mate thank you.

At the social club this evening, deep in Norfolk the Canaries were not chirping quite as much as normal......(giving me the usual jip)

The mood was one of nervousness on their part. They fear us, and worry that a loss on Saturday will end any chance of an auto place. Most thought we would over power and kick their team to death. They are missing a few key players, and have to play Leeds next week. The next week or so will define their season.

A good number dislike Wilder, and feel he holds a grudge. Although, without exception all would be happy to have him as manager and admire his "heart on the sleeve approach"

We should not fear Norwich, but in a way I sense that this is a real six pointer for both teams. I predict a 5-5 draw, with us equalising in the last minute.

That would be better than a win. (Well not really, but it would somehow feel better?)

With West Brom, Villa, Wendy, Leeds, Hull and Stoke away all to come, tomorrow's game will tell us plenty about our promotion credentials.

My advice is to have Billy score and be 1-0 up at half time.

We've not lost in 65 games when Billy scored and we don't lose once we are winning at half time under Wilder!
