Appreciate this is a tough question, but just about to book trains. Anyone got any idea if this will get moved for TV? I know it’s FA Cup that weekend but I simply don’t trust Sky.

Amazing that all of our games now seem to have the chance to be moved for TV.

It shouldn't do. The five week notice period is up: https://www.efl.com/clubs-and-competitions/tv-games/

Here's the current scheduled games: https://www.skysports.com/watch/football-on-sky/competitions/championship

Trains that day appear to have bus replacements if travelling from either Sheffield or Retford/Donny so watch for that.

No it won’t be moved as the TV schedule is out

I had envisaged that this game would move to mid-week sometime in February, on the basis that at least one of the teams would have progress in the FA Cup.

How silly of me.

Hope I can get a ticket, for what is a local game for me!

HH

I guess being a hare you must live in a field. Norwich City - home from home. :)

I may be wrong, but I don't think SKY have any league games on over RD3 & RD4 of the cup. There are too many FA Cup games for it to clash with

You and me both HH, to say I'm amazed this game is actually going ahead given our respective opposition would be an understatement.

I'm grateful it's more time in the boozer than we'd have got on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, chin chin!

If we pay it they'll charge it. Time to withold custom.

Easier said than done for such an important fixture.

The team need a packed away end, would’ve be a great gesture from the club to subsidise it to guarentee a sellout 2000 x £15 to make it £20 a ticket is £30,000... maybe Gary could sort us out to get us onside :)

They do and if you are willing to pay that amount I have no qualms in saying you're a more committed Blade than I. But if this sells out at £35 a pop this season, be ready for £38 next season (assuming we meet again in this league).

Just the young uns and myself. 8 hr rd trip. To Swansea for a game on the tele. £60 for tickets. Madine. Barnet and now this £75 for a game at Norwich. Enough is enough.

I called the ticket office this morning and they said sales are fairly slow. Good news for someone like me who has to wait until next week to buy a ticket. I can't blame Blades for not snapping these up. The ticket price and issues with trains are enough to put people off at the best of times, let alone right after Christmas.

We've got an allocation of 2,000 though. Here's hoping we can fill that. It goes without saying that this will be a big game.
