He has one senior international cap and didn't start most of his domestic games, so I'd be surprised if he gets any dispensation based on that

I had read the thread. DanetheBlade was suggesting he may get 6 points. Carlton Blade said he may get an exemption if he has between 10-15 points and designedbyross has just this minute asked Chat GPT and it doesn't think he qualifies.

Therefore the question was valid and the thread at that point had not answered the question, but thanks for you input

He would qualify for an ESC spot but we've used them all already as far as I am aware and he wont qualify for an exemption according to above unless he reaches 10 points.
