CONFIRMED Next seasons kit

Just been to get a unsponsored one from the shop. Shop guy seemed very coy when I asked. Only had 3 mediums left (or at least that’s what I was told) and all had the marks on I’ve previously mentioned. Feel like there’s only me spotting them as nobody else is mentioning it. Shop are deffo aware of it though but still selling them and I assume just hoping people don’t notice it - which it seems is exactly what’s happening.

Are they marks that will wash out?
Are they just on the sponsorless shirts or the full fat ones?

To be fair to Adidas mine wasn't full fat till I put it on.

No. It’s “sublimation bleed” from when the sash is printed on to the white fabric during production. It’ll wash out just as much as the sash itself will to give a clearer indication. They are essentially faulty and are still for sale despite the shop knowing about it.

At first I thought it would only be the sponsored ones as the bleed can occur when the sponsor is applied. The protective sheet - placed over the sponsor when applied - picks up a little ink from the sash. When that same sheet is used on the next shirt that ink then transfers to the next shirt.

But it was on the unsponsored ones too so it’s happening in the adidas production factory. (Sponsors are applied by a third party - usually a company called Infinity in Leeds).

The River Plate one has a sash on the back though which I would've taken. Do think their red sash looks better too but I'm happy with our effort.

No idea how to find that out. Shop staff don’t know or so they say. Who else are we supposed to ask after that?

Away kit just arrived. Absolutely beautiful . No wonky badge or any other issues. Ordered from fanatics on Mon and just arrived in Northern Ireland. No complaints.

To be clear, I will be purchasing the genuine shirts for myself. It's just she cannot justify the price for what she will wear it. Nor is she a collector like me.

FC Nürnberg released there new away shirt. Front print/design aside, it’s exactly the same as ours.



They also released an originals range - including a jacket which, again, is exactly the same as the one Seriki wore in the promo vid.





There’s other bits in their collection which I’m going to assume will be what we are getting.




Most of the tops/jackets come in burgundy as well which is the clubs main colour. So maybe we may get the above items in another colour (black?) too?

There’s also this retro style shirt which I hope we get a version of - although I’m unsure what colour we’d get - maybe white with red trim

I’m not having much luck with the new shirts. Got the home for my birthday and yet more manufacturing faults. Not at all what I’m used to seeing with adidas.

I prefer they got a red and white club crest though. Not fussed about the monochrome one.
I do like the trefoil but to get max satisfaction from it, the kit design should have more of a retro feel I think. Spain away kit in the world cup was truly sublime.

Would rather the shield crest from 90s.

I’d have to see it first before I could decide. The shirts itself doesn’t seem a very retro looking one to me. I actually think the crest works better how they’ve done it in monochrome because of the shade of red on the shirt being darker than the red on our crest.
