A mate of mine has just raised a point that McCabe may be interested in buying Newcastle United FC.. (Hes a piggy btw)

Im not saying this is gonna happen, or that its even been thought about, what would your opinions be on this?

There's being rich and there's being stupid, McCabe builds around real estate and solid investments; he is not an eccentric gambler. So, sell the Blades and buy Newcastle - NO.

I'm fairly certain there are rules in place that you're not allowed to have a significant shareholding in more than one club. If so he'd have to sell before he could buy.
