just thought i would get involved with the forum after observing for many months - i've been a blade all my life but it's that long ago can't remember who we played in my fist match,but i do remember it was in the old 4th division we won 4-0 & keith edwards scored at least 1 - i was only young at the time!
before this game my uncle invited me to a game as a wed. fan,thankfully i declined & have never really spoken to him since,apart from the other week of course.originally from sheff but now live at the other end of the snake so would be good to get in touch with any other glossop blades.
best game - probably the cup win over coventry
worst - every time we go to wembley
