Oh dear the cheats are in trouble aint they.................

Some players lodged papers with the court last week..........Warnock may do the same and Premier League invetigating in FULL activities after 28th April.

Will they get kicked out of English football altogether or just get relegated one or two divisions ?

What a shame don't yer just feel sorry for em.

West Ham still regard themselves as outside English Law. They say that Colin has no basis to sue them. Unfortunately, all this extra publicity will turn more people against the Blades.

West Ham got found guilty of cheating and duly paid the punishment, wether or not you think the punishment was fair should be more a gripe with the punishers than the punishees. This lawsuit has to do with how much our cheating cost Warnock. Seeing he could move on from the club into a similar or better position if he was good enough unlike Sheffield United football club who had to endure relegation wether they liked it or not, I would argue that Warnock not being able to get a similar job is his fault, not West Hams. As for your last sentence in your post, I'd like to ask you why you think that is?

My team has got fair recompence so I'm happy. It was sheffield united that was relegated and not individuals. I mean how far do we all take this?
Do us fans sue for our season tickets back?
Does the tea-woman sue because she's serving championship tea?
Do the sponsors get their money back etc etc.
Lets leave it as it is, end of.
Lifes too short.

It may well do but why?

Because most papers are printed in the big smoke and are out and out bias towards London clubs you only have to read match reports to see this.

Besides the fact that you are considered a larger club so the FA and premier league give's its backing to you whether it’s fair or not.

the thing is we won a moral victory that has now shown all these short Cummings
  1. west ham are cheats,
  2. the FA and PREMIER LEAGUE are biased and incompetent
  3. journalists’ from the smoke are prejudiced poorly informed and useless.

We will only seem bad to people who don’t think for them selves and I can live with that.

I would disagree with that, maybe biased in favour of the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham but certainly not West Ham. During the transfer window I lost count of the amount of reports of West Ham are going bust, going to have to sell all our star players ect ect and all that in reality happened is we sold a good striker with a well known bad attitude.
Another interesting thing I noticed was someone with far too much time on their hands on another site worked out what the Premiership would look like if all of Mark Lawrensons predictions on the BBC site were true. The league apparently would look very similar except that West Ham would be three of bottom and Tottenham would be in 4th place, read into that what you will. ;)

that still fits in with the way I see it next to sheff u you’re a big fish (or is that jellied eel) :p but compared to you neighbours your a small fry.
So depending who the stories backing in one hand you’re going in to a fire sale in the other were a bunch of scroungers from the north ruining the game.

I'm only thinking out aloud here.
But if we have settle with West ham for the money we would have had if we had stay up, then is this not the same money we would have paid to our players and manager?

A very good point! Even I hadn't thought of that one! ;)

True surely some of that would of gone to the players.

Although we didn't get the full amount so I guess that's why ex managers players etc have to pursue West Ham or get us to pursue West Ham for money?

Does it matter what amount. We have agreed now so do our player get some of it?
