New poster, but long time reader. From a massive Blades family, in fact I dont think there has ever been 1 "active" S6 defector? Post very occasionally on the neighbouring Bladesmad. 45 years young, been going to the Lane since I was 5 and a season ticket holder since I was 12. Big mates with Kaz and the lads n lasses from the Railway pub. Looking forward to keeping in touch with fellow Blades.

Greetings, I used to travel with Kaz etc to away games back in the day very enjoyable. Always remember going to Coventry and stopping at Hinckley on the way good times.

43 was the place to be so long as you got off top if Norton Lane. Any further and you ended up in the forbidden zone

Failing that the 38 but it only ran once an hour and stopped at 7pm!!!

Up town apartment nice 1! Naaaaar 43 were brill, only as it stopped about 50 yards from our house. Mind you, remember the journeys through the "Valley", we'd be on the bus gurning at the natives there, and theyd be gurning back at us. Not much love lost between the 2 estates in those days.

Batemoor?? bloody cardboard boxes..
actually i always preferred the 36 as well due to the more scenic route and more upmarket birds from greenhill/beauchief
