We have the same situation in Lincoln, but nearer to BDTBL.

I'm equivalent to Kent blade and my son posts on here as .............blade.

His three sons regularly come on here, plus my other grandson.

Maybe we should set up some for sort of family tree or maybe a friends link.

Very interesting post travellingblade. It often amazes me how many of our supporters have come out of Blades families which started many years ago.
I think it is a Northern trait, and certainly is active in Sheffield.
Probably explains why there are so many blades scattered far and wide.
Good to part of the blades family and traditions.
Just wish for once that we changed our traditions and won something for a change.
I have posted many times before but I still think we shall remain in our present league for a long time.As much as I would be delighted to be proved wrong I do not see any change come the end of this season.

:hello: Welcome to the forum kentblade! :)

hope you stick around and enjoy the banter, we're all blades ain't we :D

hello dingledog, it is a long way from Bramall Lane and they talk with a funny accent here.

HI it's amazing us Blades live all over the world most of us with a long family tradition of being Blades. I use to live in lincolnshire for a few years and my best friend is up there too. It's been hard to get my boys to follow the Blades as they were born in Kent and most of theri friends are charlton or Hammers fans with a few chelsea thrown in for good measure. My youngest goes with us and the oldest is arm chair supporter.
