Heard a rumour today we are after a big American centre half......no names mentioned.

Could be Oguchi Onyewu, i'm sure we were linked with him back in the summer. I think he's currently in Belgium with standard Liege, and he was at newcastle for a bit last season if i remember rightly, and from what i remember he is a big american centre half. Might not be a bad signing if
A) this rumour is true, and
B) It does actualy turn out to be onyewu we are linked with
