Whoever the tossers were that was whistling before we scored when we actually had possession....hang your heads in shame you c**nts!

And what was amazed at the amount of abuse Donaldson was getting, fair enough he wasn’t amazing when he came on, but let’s not turn on one of our own players

I thought the team needed the crowd behind them tonight more than we was. QPR hit us with a proper bombardment after they dragged it back to 2-1.

The old bloke who sits in front of me was an absolute fucking embarrassment with the shit coming from his mouth. It took less than 15 minutes for him to start banging on about Lundstram and Duffy, and as the match wore on, he got Lee Evans in his sights as well.

Total cunt

Donaldson’s game is more about running the line and feeding off scraps, I’ve felt for a while that at the Lane is he is nowhere near as good as he is away from home, where he is usually superb

I agree. I was more talking about his effort to close down. I think he seemed stuck between what he wanted to do and what he was being asked to do.

Said the same tonight, he's a different player in away games!

Where do you people sit? Seems like everyone sits near a cunt. Some moans and groans at times and the atmosphere was pretty lame tonight but I don't hear this shit like you guys. Maybe it's because I'm screaming at Basham all game.

It must have been a screaming orgasm because he was CLASS tonight - my MOTM

Agree we were poor after they scored and looked very very shaky. Crowd, including me, obviously got very nervous but the whistling ! What the fuck. We were looking for something going on - a player down or 'crowd trouble !' what the fuck are you doing whistling at your own players who have the ball. Who the fuck do some of us think we are, Real Madrid. Disgraceful.

Just to add - if someone was whistling, was it at something not seen by others ?

Agree whistling because we were keeping possession and not punting it forward. Also moaning because Donaldson didn't chase the ball. Reason he didn't chase it was because he was offside.
Maybe some of the crowd have assumed the mantle of "MASSIVENESS" and anything less than perfection from any individual is now seen as simply not good enough and must be met with boos and cat-calls,
After all, the lack of Barcelona-esque football may mean we won't "Piss The League"

Someone was taken ill on the Kop and the whistles were fans trying to get the stewards'/St John' attention. Hope the person is ok. the fans were more concerned about a fan's well being than the game.

It's the same at every club but there are some people who watch us who know so little about football. I'm surprised some of them know the Goalkeeper is allowed to use his hands

The whistling and shouting from the back corner of the Kop was nothing to do with being negative. It was to get the attention of medical staff between Kop and John Street. It appeared some United fan had been hurt or taken seriously ill.

Sorry to bust the negativity rants ...

Just beat me to it.

It was very clear that the whistling was to attract attention to something serious at the back of the Kop.

Depends on where you sit in the ground because if you were at the other end of the Kop you wouldn’t have seen (and so wouldn’t have known) but if you were in the SS or JS then you’d have seen the situation and wouldn’t attribute the whistling as being directed at the players.

I on the other hand sit in front of someone who describes absolutely everything as “that wa fuckin qualiteh”

Not sure which is worse

Both beat me to it as well!

And yet if it was serious why doesn't somebody go and inform them by word of mouth? Trust me you can communicate a whole lot more using words than whistling, I'd also like to add it usually takes dragging a St. John's ambulance member to the scene of any incident for them to actually do anything anyway (given my previous experience of them).

The atmosphere at the Lane is fucking diabolical and has been all season, compare the silent library of our home games with the Wolves fans when we played them at their place.

And then with 5 minutes to go at 2-1 a flood of people start to leave? Awful. The players have done their part all season, the same can't be said for the fans. The team deserves more.
