That was on the podcast with Ramble Blade the other day yeah?
Darren also said that Marseille wouldn't have the money to tempt us to sell early.
So whoever this replacement is, he'll probably only be worth £12m ish.
 
It would be a travesty to not have illy have a season at least in the prem with us.
In 18 months the guy has helped us transform a squad under slav into an exciting team that just missed out on a playoff final.
If money talks then we have to be asking between 25 and 30 million for a player of his potential.
I still hang on to hope we can keep him for 12 months.

Is Darren telling the truth when he claims it’s a young premier league midfielder with a decent amount of experience? And second question which I respect you might not answer was that player on loan at Cardiff last season.

It depends what you class as young he has got a lot of premier league experience though. No he wasn’t anywhere on loan last season he was playing in the premier league.

no there isnt think traore is illimans replacement maupay is the billy sharp type of replacement i think he could do a job for us providing his agent behaves himself this time

Jakub Moder? Although I think selling Berge should go a fair way to buying both Doyle and O’Brien which are long term Norwood/Fleck replacements and I’m not sure we’d need a similar profile to Berge if we did sell him.

No it’s not him. The player in mind is not a similar profile certainly not in statute that’s for sure.

I said a month or so ago I could see us signing that Davis lad from Villa , was on loan at forest during their promotion year
