Cos you believe it - but tell me - do you think he puts enough effort in?
I think ndiaye does yes. I look at his movement, his willingness to track back when he loses the ball, he always seems to want the ball. Yes he is young and has a lot to learn but for me he has the fundamentals to be a very good pro....skill and attitude.

Slav's master plan, get him playing with the U23's and if the squad at Reading tonight are piss poor the whole U23 team will be playing at the weekend in the Championship. 😆
They couldn’t do much worse than the first team.

Probably why he's been dropped tbh. Trying to do too much all by himself.

As others have said hes still learning and may take some time for him to know when it's right time to chase a player all the way back to your own box and when to stay high waiting for turnover and quick break.

His positioning has always been the question mark on him he reads other players very well but has lacked positional discipline it’ll come and I’d trust the Lester and hecky know best and will do what’s best for the player.

Agree. Lets hope the break from the 1st team helps his development. Hell of a player though.

Tri Allist is a cracking player for Greece U21s, glad were taking a look.

Think Slav is doing exactly the right thing with him. Nature of young players, their form goes in peaks and troughs.

Let him go back to the U23s for a spell then he will be raring to go again after a little spell away. It's the way we should be handling our younger players, problerm in the past being we had to play our youngsters out of necessity. George Long bring a prime example where we should have taken him out of the firing line to help him out.

Think he need to get his swagger back. Maybe a stint with the lads might work. He’s been largely swallowed up by the opposition press, in recent weeks.
