Can't say I had ever heard of him but looks useful from those clips....Murphy-esque with a bit more pace!

Interesting targets, him, Stevens, the MK lad......you could say we are still shopping in the bargain basement but they all appear to be young, hungry lads with a point to prove at a higher level....no doubt down to Mr Mitchells renowned scouting..
Whats this hungry lads I've been hearing about?
Anyone explain what ambitious. lads are going to offer if there's no ability?

Setting the club's sights typically high.
Hartlepool. Reassuring that all is as normal at the Lane.
He`s obviously `got something`, for all the interest in him.

Wouldn`t judge a player just cos he is from the 91st club in the football league.

Chief scout Paul Mitchell is one of the best in the business, and for the price we have paid it`s a gamble worth taking.

You do know that we got promoted this year and got 100 points?

I'm only asking as you do seem to be a bit down.

Have some faith in Wilder and his 'misfits' and please don't start implying we should be signing 'big names' (like Rhodes, Fletcher and Hooper).

Been said a few times but as valid now as it was when it was first mentioned - Vardy.

Came from non-league, could have been signed by any number of clubs, but eventually it was Leicester who took a punt, not done too bad since taking that jump from the lower leagues and should be a reminder to one and all that any mention of lower league players as being unworthy of consideration.....hold your head in shame.

dam right I should coco we don't need big names, as you say and as most blades want is what we had this year a team, players playing for the shirt giving everything they have to play for Sheffield United, and not for the Phat Wage or status, they know that will come with success, I can see Chris doing the same this year in the transfer market buying young and hungry with a few assured heads along side and playing and pushing and adapting as we go, we for the first time in years are finally UNITED top to bottom.
