First post as a Leeds supporter.
Lived in Woodseats for 11 years. Always preferred Blades to the Owls and would watch them if I could not get to a Leeds game.
Born in Leeds and have followed them for many years.
Looking at Owlstalk and seeing the saga play out I think that this forum has been incredibly kind to them for not reveling in their incompetence.
Do you want them to go into administration or just remain as the second club in the city with no hope of getting above you?
I still have friends who support both clubs but the lack of vitriol on this site is amazing. Credit to you.

Thanks for your generosity- as described there's plenty elsewhere but many on here tend to exhaust themselves with detesting us instead and don't have the energy left to slag off others.

I’m pretty sure I’m in the minority, but it wouldn’t bother me at all if the Pigs disappeared. I know some like the rivalry and all that, but I’d be quite happy for them to cease to exist. We could then focus all of our hatred on Leeds.

That's one of the shames about losing the playoff. With that money we could have bought them and folded them.

Hello mate.

Personally I take great satisfaction in their bumbling incompetence and absolutely delusional views on the footballing world.

But I wouldn't want them to not be there, I'm far happier having them there as a second club. As much as I loath them they are part of our identity as a club, the Steel City derby is regarded as one of the fiercest in the UK and despite it not being contested as a top flight fixture for decades now it is still widely renowned outside the UK.

Would you prefer Leeds to have a local rival?

I hope the pigs become to us what Notts County are to Forest or maybe what Bradford City are to Leeds. If it were any other club than the pigs you'd feel a bit sorry for their fans except maybe Coventry who see us as some sort of rivals.

I love the banter and having a dig when we're doing well and they're struggling.
But I have close family and good friends that are Wednesday fans.
They are just as fanatical about their love for their club.
Seeing them suffer a little bit is enjoyable, it's all part and parcel of being a football fan.
But I wouldn't want them to lose something that's part of their culture and break their hearts.
My dream would be to have both Sheffield clubs in the Premier League.
The Blades playing in Europe and Wednesday fighting off relegation of course.
