It's a bit like space travel, the technology to get to the nearest next galaxy will never catch up as it's moving increasingly further away (or perhaps it's not like that at all, but y'know what I mean).

...thought I'd use it to thank Foxy and Linz for putting together a community where I've made some lifelong friends and which has probably kept me in touch with United despite not living in Sheffield for well over 20 years now. We're lucky to have this forum.

Who knows what will happen in the time before my 20,000th post which, at the same rate, will be in 2041. Who knows, it might be celebrating another FA Cup success.
