Cooper has been no more successful than Wilder (1 promotion, 1 PO Final, 1 season keeping the team in the PL).

As for Carrick, no thanks, failed at Boro with squads that should have been promoted, especially last season as they should have been in the playoffs at a minimum.

Yes, losing Ben Doak and Latte Lath didn't help but he didn't properly replace them (sound familiar?) and they really tailed off post January.
