Really disappointed how it has turned out with Mousset. During that spell in late 2019, I thought we had a real player and the problem would be keeping hold of him when he was fully fit. Clearly, his attitude is totally wrong and unless there is an amazing turnaround in the next few weeks I feel we've seen the last of him in a Blades shirt.

It's all unravelled in spectacular fashion, with Mousset turning poor, Brewster & Ramsdale not working out, O'Connell, Berge & Egan all sustaining long term injuries. Stevens & Fleck turning poor / suffering from lots of injuries.

On a serious note I would say that there maybe something not ok mentally. He’s working in a foreign country, that speaks a different language from that of his birth. So he may not have the words to convey how he feels. In addition he lost his Dad, did he not? That’s a lot to deal with a s a relatively young man. I have lived and worked overseas it’s difficult to be separated from your family at times and I had the big blue blanket of the RAF to support me.

It could be that it’s better all round if he goes home to France. Pity, because when he was on song he was magical!

He is doing such a good job in so many other ways - so we are bound to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Not sure he is managing too well on the recruitment side or on amassing points or, it would seem, on the training pitch unless we are told to pass back and not to shoot.

So frustrating because there is a player in there. He arrived fat and in 2 years has never looked lean, it beggars belief really, the bare minimum you expect is fitness. But he’s so brain dead he hasn’t the capacity to leave off the crap that is making him waddle.

Disappointing doesn’t do it justice, I hope he’s not in serious problems with ‘the crash’ but any kind of offer from anywhere should be accepted, attitude stinks- get rid.
