At first I thought blimey thats fast how can someone survive. Then at 25 seconds the policemen gets out of his car like Benny Hill !!! The flaming video is sped up ! Cheeky BBC !
Then at 29 seconds a Policewoman playing Clash of Clans on her mobile !
