All good observations Ricky. Yes, there was a spell, think it may have included Man Utd at home, where Mousset was almost impossible to mark. Persistent, technically good, and like the proverbial off a shovel. Whatever the reasons for the lapse in quality, if Moose can get his head in the place it needs to be we have a top quality forward, I like the way Wilder is signing what appears to be decent quality, technically good, young players, note the signing of Berge (I know, far too early to judge the fella, but my trust in Wilder's judgement is such that my expectations are high), and the Greek player who I can't wait to see get a few games under his belt. It's going to be a competitive time for most players, but that's essential to a club that has ambitions to progress in this division.

They posted this the other day, I sent it to my brother because I thought he looked considerably leaner too.

Basically all they could do in lockdown was fitness work with gym equipment, so that might have played into our hands with Moose.

The player that most impressed me this season from an opposing team. Skinned us alive.

I hope you lot are right about Mousset. He's a superb talent, but I have doubts over his hunger to achieve. He could be so much more than an impact sub if he sets his mind to it.

Was talking with BadBuy Jrs last week about our prospects post-lockdown. There's a point of view that says some squads may be out of shape, some may be in shape but needing time to get sharp, while some just won't be arsed.

We reckon that if there's one squad that will be absolutely ready, and bang up for it, it'll be us. The team ethic, club culture, and leadership from the top in the last few seasons all point to it. As does that photo.
