Did anyone actually text in on the basis of that performance and spend a quid for the privilege? :D

No, I didn't. I reckon for the next one there should be a massed vote for Bogdanovic, even if he does spend all match on his arse.

did everyone press one because it was the easiest?..thought bartley was the best even though their 17 had him on toast for the first 15 minutes

I can understand why they're doing it (revenue raising I suppose) but a quid is a bit steep especially when it's the kiddies it's going to appeal to.

Ten-bob might be slightly more reasonable.

super_pig said with my current winning streak I shouldve had a go :D

Bogdanovic ? Do me a favour it would take me 85 minutes to type that out on my phone, Ertl is much better.

You use squad numbers... presumably because they know none of us can spell :D

From were i was sat...after so much promoting of this new thing, it started to anger people a little...

Its just another way of raising revenue, which is fine. But does it have to be so on top all the time?

At the next hime match im half expecting a pre-recorded Gary Speed video making phone gestures ala X Factor on the big screen!

Its awful.

Fine for them to do it, but 1quid! and did they really need top keep banging on about it.

Commercial wakners

Think whoever is in charge of wheezes such as this and the bricks on the statue (which to my mind destroy the asthete) have to be careful about continuing to keep going back to an ever decreasing well. Can't be too long before we get pay-per-piss......

I wanted to vote for The Knack. The highlight of the match by a fooking million miles.

Im surprised they didnt have to announce that txts are charged at a quid and read out loads of legal mumbojumbo too as these things are heavily regulated now. They may want to look into this abit more or they could end up in trouble like the BBC and ITV

I thought it was bad enough when we had injury time brought to us "in conjunction with East Midlands Airport" but at least they only announced that twice a match!
I really hope the constant plugging of the MOTM text number was a one-off.

I was at Hull City on Tuesday night v Derby. (We were the ball sponsors so I had to go unfortunately). They did it there for the first time so it must be a company that is paying the clubs, similar to the company that does all the websites for the clubs.
