im begining to think its inevitable for the elephant man to return at some point.But not for a fee of 1.5m thats outragous.we havnt got £1.35p to spend,never mind 1.5 mil.he`l be for a season loan surely

If he was any good, wouldn't clubs be queing up for his services?

And if we thought he was any good, why's he having to trial?

Yes but that's the real point. Not everyone thinks the same players are good. Look at Bellamy at Cardiff. Some people consider him a world class signing, whereas other's just think he is a tosser. The reality is probably somewhere in between.

If there's competition for a player then the price can go up. If we 'discover' him then we might get a bargain.
