I understand that that is the case, that doesn't mean I can't disagree with the sentiment.
There are plenty of very loyal and commited Blades who are fed up and frustrated to the same level, but would never for one second think that losing to our closest rivals or getting battered by anyone is good for the club.
How far do you take it? Just how badly is it possible to hope we do with the idea that it'll make things become better?
I do understand exactly what you are trying to make me understand, I always have, I just completely disagree with the method and the thought that it is the only way to improve things.
I also think there is some twisted logic somewhere along the way personally abusing Blackwell but wanting us to lose...
If Blackwell came out and said that he wanted the players to get a battering against the Dingles and the Pigs, because it would give them a wake-up call and improve things in the long run, what would you say?
- He wants us to win, therefore he wants the best for us.
- If he "makes us lose", then surely he's doing what is wanted of him in terms of matching the theory mentioned here?
I do not get the twisted logic bit. I aint computing that.
I know he wants the team to win. He wants that because he earns more money and his career prospects are enhanced. I want the club to do well just like you but I believe that losing on Saturday will generate more wins in the future.
I'd say that he has gone mad? Why? What are you getting at exactly?
