Monty loyalty

Its twats like you, that have no real insight into the game of football, every team need a monty, every team also need a play maker, monty is not a play maker, but without him to win and break up play the team is poorer
 

And of course brain dead twats like you are always welcome at the Lane because they know you'll put up with any old crock of shit.
 
Mart, the Newcastle game showed his strengths to a tee, the super late foul in a dangerous position just outside our area, no one does it better & so many times too. The super through ball to the safe hands of Harper in the Newcastle goal to break up our attack, no one does it better or so often, the scuffed passes & 'whack-it's to no one in particular, no one does it better etc. (you get the gist) but hey he got a couple of tackles in & found his man once, that`s impressive. Don`t forget he got a goal this season too.

Player of the season for me, despite being a liability before his injury, being a liability for the half dozen games after his comeback & then being his normal self ever since, good, crap, awful, laughable & occasionally ok..... all in a matter of a minute

How long have you been watching the Blades a long time? then you know you should not take your frustration out on 1 player coz over all these years not much changes in the way of progress. We are, have been and will be where we are for a long time yet in terms of the mentallity of the club.
 
Another great game yesterday. Made our defence look solid and at last supported well by a running Harper. If only Monty's loyalty would rub off on others.

Oh here we go again!? I did not bring the Monty subject up, I merley replied to a thread. I DID NOT PUT THE VIDEO UP you clown. If you look properly (something you seem to do time and time again) then you'll see that Coily posted the video.

Yes. This thread was all tongue in cheek and I did it to prove a point. (For the 100th time) I started this thread to show the weakness of Boo Radley's argument about Kilgallon's lack of commitment to United. I made several tongue in cheek comments saying that Monty was not commited to United in order to show that Boo's argument was a flawed one. My comments were meant to be taken with a pinch of salt, although I expected many people to take them deadly seriously. I was prepared for this and hence tried to explain several times.

Yes. of course i didn't really think that Mongommery was playing worse because his contract was up in the summer. It would have been silly (at least back then) to question montgommery's commitment to the club because his contract was up. However Boo applied the same logic to the Kilgallon situation. He said Killa was playing worse (pulling out of tackles etc) because he wasn't commited to United (i.e. wouldn't sign a new contract) which was just nonsense. By the same logic i argued that Monty was playing poorly because he was not commited to United (i.e his contract being up in the summer). So the short answer to your question is yes; I did not believe that Monty was not loyal to United.

I think I answered this already. He still hasn't sgned a new contract. Nor has he made any statement that he wants to stay at the club. As it stands he looks set to leave United. I think it is fair to say that if he really wanted to stay at united he would have singed a contract by now. If not, he could have come out and sets fans at ease. He could say he was commited to the Blades and they are trying to work something out.

Who even said you put the video up? so look closely at your own comments before you start calling people clowns because its just reflected back to you. Its not my fault you keep shooting yourself in the foot. I can at least make a distinction between 'evidence' and 'hearsay'.
So besides the replies where you decide to keep calling people names:
1. Are we to take any of your replies to posters in this thread seriously?
 
Can we put a flag on this thread so we know when something of value has been added to the discussion? I keep looking at it when it hits the top but it's still a pissing content.

If you did the same jobs as 10 other people where you worked but you earned less money than them, would you hold out to be paid just as much? Seeing as your customers has just voted you the best employee?

You don't know how much he was offered and how much of an increase he has been offered so you can't really call him greedy.

He can be replaced and also the club stance at the moment is they are not going to pay anyone over the odds. He has been here for a long time and he certainly wont be being paid peanuts at the moment.

We have made an improved offer he can take it or leave it.
