Missed Duffy.

We missed Dowell, Fleck, Freeman, Sharp and Stevens as well.
Understand the reasons WHY.

Wilder 100% at fault and gave them
FAR too much respect.

Was tailor made for the pace of Hogan.

We preferred to hoof it to Madine, who was ineffective. Not Madines fault btw.

Raging at Wilder. He has made few mistakes. Tonight’s line up is a rare one :)

Happily take the result, and awful conditions, but that was a mess.

We really missed Duffy throughout. No one was connecting things up. It felt like we snatched at things and everything was rushed or hopeful. To be fair to them, they closed us down well and looked up for it but we needed someone to knit our play together. Dowell isn't that man.

We needed to try and play round them. I think Wilder got his tactics and subs all wrong.

I agree.

Always preferred.....

In all seriousness though we should have played through them with Duffy and Didsy than try "Das Hoof" with Madine. Hector for the pigs would have been sent off after 20 mins if he had tried to get the ball off either one.

Poor tonight. Weds to their credit found some bollocks for once and pressed and closed down the areas we normally exploit.

Agree on Duffy. Enda was rubbish, Freeman wasteful. Madine still in Hector's pocket.

I am not sure why Duffy didn't start, the game was made for him; missed a few more too, Baldock, although I believe he wasn't fit, & I would have prefered Madine on the bench & Didsy to start.

No knee jerk reaction from me though, we didn't lose & despite being well below our best we were still miles ahead of them, so we move on to the next game confidently keeping an unbeaten run going.

Definitely made for Duffy in last 15, 20 minutes. Didn't really create much, as said on TV madine attracts long ball which isn't our style.

Thought they were up for it and defended very well, we were not on it and rarely got it down and really played. Goldie made a difference in linking things up, but the ball was in the air too far much. We did not seem to play our normal game, too focussed on not losing to my mind.

Not a season defining game though!

You're a pig. Fuck off.

Boring, I’m a pig blah blah f*ck off etc etc

Sometimes the team selection and the players can be criticised by fans rightly or wrongly as we all see the game different.

I give my opinion on my team if you don’t like it scroll past.

****.

Typical, reactionary rubbish.

I'm sure Wilder will have some regrets; with the benefit of hind-sight, it wasn't a good game for Madine and Duffy may have made an impact.

However, to blame Wilder 100% is ludicrous: plenty of players could/should have contributed more.

An away point in a derby is not a bad result.
