Thats in the EPL. In the EFL its a maximum of four players from one club. You can sign as many loan players as you like but can only name five in the 18 man team sheet.

It is more from Prem to Champ - perhaps 4 as clarified above.

Are you sure on that? I just read the below after a Google.
"EFL regulations stipulate that a club may sign no more than four players on loan from the same club, with a maximum of two being over the age of 23. "

It was his choice…..he’d already been on loan at WBA.
So he knew that club and liked the idea of being there permanent…..no issue for me…just player choice.

Agree with some of the praise….everytime I’ve seen WBA on tv…he’s always looked good/ dangerous.
So if we lost someone like Hamer….which would be sad….bringing in Johnston would numb the pain….and make it more understandable.
