I've been wracking my brains, I couldn't place who Higdon reminded me of, then the light came on......Lee Trundle, former Swansea player. Let's hope Higdon manages to give us the threat we've been missing, image.jpg could be hugely beneficial for McNulty, Scoogs, Diego etc

As if by magic:
The man himself & the family at the Eisteddfod today! The kids were suitably impressed.......less so than the Mrs, but at least we can see his hands!
Not sure why he's got Swansea trading gear on tho.

“I want to go as far as I can in my career but I don’t think I could play in the Premiership.

“I think that’s a step too far for me as I’m not the quickest player in the world.”

I can understand now why he signed for Nijmagen and not Arnhem. That would have been a bridge too far.

Interestingly for Pinchy I understand that the bridge at Nijmagen was prevented from being demolished in 1944 during Operation Market Garden by a local resistance hero, Jan van Hoof.

Serendipity! You couldn't have made that up, wonderful shot......now, if our new centre forward has half the guile and talent of Trundle at his best we'll have some player.

Well done Mr Blade!
