If you have ever used the Internet to buy anything from car insurance to a family holiday you have used a data driven approach whereby you input certain information ie the car you drive where u live job u do etc and u get a result and a pricec based on those parameters same with a holiday you input destination, dates number of people going, board type etcc, this is not that far removed from how football clubs use data when looking at players, the AI is just A buzz word for data driven in itself it means nothing as a phrase

So how does the Ai determine the level at which players play, when for instance, choosing them from Bulgarian teams, where their stats can be much higher due to the level, compared to English leagues?

It will be built into the data models so that there is a weighting applied to each league based on various information.

From looking at GlobalFootballRankings it rates the Bulgarian league at a similar level to League One, so theoretically any players standing out in that league would be ready for the step-up to Championship similar to how L1 players make the step up.

You can't blame Everton for trying it on. So much depends on our new owners, their resolve, their intentions for the club short-mid-long term. Although my opinion will carry no weight, you would hope that someone within the club will inform the Board that Cooper is the real deal (alright, there are a few areas for improvement but the lad has the basics and then some to spare) and he's someone to build a team around. I'm happy to be corrected but I seem to recall that Cooper is far from our highest earner, this needs correcting as soon as fucking possible, with of course a contract extension.

Biggest surprise about that is that Derby has a university!!! Seems every 6th form college/poly/post 18 education establishment is called a university nowadays.

In 1991, Mrs Trig as she was at the time, did a ne year teaching certificate at Derby College of FE at Mickleover.

To her surprise, when she graduated a year later in 1992, she did so from Derby University, with a certificate to prove it even though no such place existed at the time she was being further educated

Hmm, so Everton sign a goalkeeper for the same amount of money they were allegedly were going to offer us for ours, even though it was laughably low?
Odd, that this interest in Cooper somehow got into the press during their negotiations with Bournemouth, and the interest in another keeper was floated despite it being incredibly unlikely at the price quoted or given the player wouldn't want to be backup?

Maybe there's a bigger game going on here and the press aren't reporting stories for our education but for another reason entirely. Just a thought?
