I would think not. Hes been way off it all season. Hes struggled with low down stuff and theres been an injury rumour since about game 3 of the season. Most likely hes played thru injury for 2/3 of a season

He's been carrying an injury pretty much all season which the physio and fitness team has managed.
Vs. Coventry he picked up something in the 1st half carried on in the 2nd and hasn't been seen since. Be good for him to try and recover properly this summer.

Rees was bit before my time. But remember Kelly or Tracey being in goal.
Seemed to take it in turns to have spells as first choice. Kelly seemed to get the nod mostly from memory.

Tracey still continued to be a good stopper till 2001 or so. Then we got Kenny in and Tracey never returned from injury.

Cooper even though this season hasn't been at his best is still best Keeper we've signed (permanently) since Kenny.
Would have loved Henderson perm but he wanted a crack at Man Utd and the rest is now history. Maybe one day down the line? He's 29 and keepers have more longevity usually.

He let in a soft goal in training and Wilder said ffs even Grbic could have saved that.

I think Cooper somewhat got found out when the team started to struggle. Under more pressure you see the making of a goal keeper.

That said if he’s been carrying a problem all season it may just be that.

The club need to get to the bottom of it one way or another as there have been far to many mistakes between him and Davies (who I believe would struggle to get a league one team to take him as no.1) for a club of Sheffield Uniteds ambition.

Quite clear he hasn't been anywhere near 100% all season, only explanation for such a huge drop off from last term. Hopefully he recovers and gets back to the way he was for next season.
