Probably a good thing in terms of retaining him long term.

Agree he's probably our best permanent keeper since Sir Alan. Henderson will go down as one of our best keepers albeit only a loan.

Trafford is a very very good goalkeeper for a young lad and rightly deserves the plaudits. I think statistically, aesthetically and also the bits you see in a game but may not necessarily count put him right in there and it's unfair to say otherwise.

Coops time (and he will surpass us he's that good) will come I firmly believe that but I think traffords background domestically and internationally made him an expected choice for the national set up.

Coops doing all the right things and if he maintains this level of performance/ability, he is going very far.

100% this. When we had Olsen defence had no confidence in him which in turn caused issues.

I need a big Tin hat for this! I actually don’t rate him as highly as most seem too! I think he is good but not great ! He doesn’t make enough great saves to stop goals and win us matches in my opinion to be rated that highly. God I’m in trouble aren’t I ! That’s my honest opinion. Of course he’s only young and could become a blades legend. He’s has a long way to go for that to happen . I honestly am not 100 percent convinced.

Can't think of many (if any) goals he should have prevented.
He makes everything look so easy by being so well positioned at all times. I can't remember us ever having a GK as technically well rounded as Cooper.
Total command of his area, decent distribution.

“He doesn’t make enough great saves”? Probably due to the fact that with a defence including Souttar, he wasn’t required to make many.

Yeah, did his ACL (against pigs) & was out for 9 months, came back for about a mo th until he injured his other knee.

We then signed him and he ended up doing his knee again. But we dont know what hes done currently, this is after he went off against Coventry for an issue with his back or hip?

In the summer I would sign a keeper that is number 1 regardless as Coopers fitness can not be relied upon. Then we should have two good keeprs battling it out for top spot (lile the good old days).
