I had the misfortune of being talked into going to the Altrincham replay, as it was a ground we'd never likely go to again. Most royally shit performance by a Blades team I have ever witnessed.

I had the misfortune of going to Altrincham , parked in the hospital ( was free parking then ) remains along with port vale away boxing day as the biggest non performance in united history
I particularly remember the thud of ball on bar as they bundled one in as it was so quiet on our end as we stood in shock as our heroes wandered around like bo peeps sheep

I went to Mansfield. As I remember it snowed and was bloody freezing. A mate said we would sit in the stand as it was under cover only for the wind to be blowing right in our faces

I remember that one. A chain link was the only shelter from a raging Arctic storm. My leather jacket took a week to dry out.
