So you think Wilder is a spineless yes man who will let the board sign any player they like without his approval?
We need Wilder more than Wilder needs us, he can easily walk into a job as good if not better than United. So with that in mind, the board won't be doing anything stupid like signing Ched behind Wilder's back and if they did he certainly wouldn't be standing for it.
Well I for one am prepared to believe that McCabe did this off his own bat. He certainly did when he tried to bring Evans in when Clough was in charge.
If Wilder is in agreement, fine by me. But then again, Wilder wouldn't be the first employee who'd bitten his tongue and accepted what he thought was a bad decision by higher management.
