It’s a bit more nuanced than you’re suggesting. Anyone can be ITK about the headline stuff. It’s the deep-dive, granular detail ITK FACTS that are properly hard to come by.

For example, only one person on this entire forum was ITK that it would be the training ground dinner-lady who would be leaking the news:-

Just had a Zoom call from Fag Ash Beryl, who ladles the peas in the Shirecliffe canteen and cleans the management staff bogs.

She confirms a tubby bloke in a grubby gilet and stubble was in there at dinner time, tipping the servers from a roll of £50 notes and asking for chips and fish. Also, swearing through the gym window at the foreign lads.
