I dont blame him for rejecting us, he was at us for a long time & achieved all he could. I'm not sure about his decision to choose Hull is the right one but they might be the surprise this season

I think the article headline is a bit misleading. Just that Hull have approval to sign doesn't mean he's made a decision? Likely they've been going through the process in the hope he'll choose them.
