Hip hip...
LWB was a predictable weak spot for us all season
I was happy enough to see him leave but then again I've never valued him at 4m+

I’m not sure he’s in the top 5 championship players of the season. Should be valued around 5 million at this current timeI cant believe my eyes. How are we asking for judt £5m for Lowe? When we bought Bogle tor £10m, Cal Robinson for £7m and OMB for £20m. Need your heads checking Blades. Lowe is minimum £7m plus add ons up to minimum £10m. Tbh i’d just settle for £10m upfront. £5m takes the absolute piss for a player in the top 5 Championship players this season
Absolutely no point in being arsey about the fee for a player we don't need!? That’s crazy talk my friend… we need the best fee possible & who says we don’t need him? It would make more sense to keep him and move on Osborn & Stevens imoIf he's deemed surplus to requirements as we also have Enda, RND, and Boyes capable of covering LWB then we get rid for whatever we can get and utilise the wages saving elsewhere.

Because he has improved significantly whilst on loan or at least so Forest fans say !If we value him at 4m+ then why the hell did we let him out on loan in the first place![]()
Shall we see if Forest want to keep him at all ?We should be asking for at least what we gave them for Osborn. What was that? 3.5m?
You don't get players going to the PL and rated as one of the best left backs, who are in contract, for 2m.
I think personally that would be giving him away based on this season's performance. I can understand low figures for his United career because he was hardly given a chance to be fair to the lad.
But Forest are very happy with him. Not expecting a Spence type fee but I'd be disappointed if it wasn't in the 3-5m range.
To be fair he didn’t get many opportunities and when he did he was playing in a side getting battered every week as part of an awful defence with no confidence. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying he’s great but I’d much sooner offload Stevens if possible. He’s not had a decent game in 2 years, is older and is on more money. If we can get anything like £2m for a player who's never had a good game for us then take it. Some wild overating of him on here. He's been solid for Forest but had nothing like the impact of their other loan signings

Who’s buying either, especially Stevens?Absolutely no point in being arsey about the fee for a player we don't need!? That’s crazy talk my friend… we need the best fee possible & who says we don’t need him? It would make more sense to keep him and move on Osborn & Stevens imo
Again, who’s buying and picking up his wages? If it’s only a couple of million and the club think they can keep him fit then I’d rather look to move on Stevens.
His decline has been ridiculous, arguably one of the premier leagues best LWB’s for a season and then absolute trash can since. His confidence looks shot but it unfortunately looks like injuries have taken their toll on his mobility. He’s been poor going forwards often just hopefully pinging the ball down the line, not really bombing on but also poor defensively as he’s just not quick and agile enough anymore.
Agree Cash a good player mate but Lowe rated highly by Forrest fans on forum.. I'd like to see him start for us next season to see how good he is... P. S... Lowe is older than Cash... by 3 monthsMatty Cash was and is a vastly superior player to Lowe. Lowe has been good in a successful team. Cash was one of the best 'defenders' in the Championship. Lowe is older than Cash. Lowe didn't regularly start for his last two clubs before forest.
Osborn's contract was up but we've just extended it for another yearAbsolutely no point in being arsey about the fee for a player we don't need!? Need a new LWB really. Him from Huddersfield might be possible
Ensuring wing back strength is vital
Look forward to seeing him on Brentford's books in 2 years time then!Victor Kristiansen from Copenhagen is where our money should be going. A young player who is at the start of a great career.
Just had a quick look at him, only 19,just signed a new contract till 2026,and valued at 4m.....could we afford him ?Victor Kristiansen from Copenhagen is where our money should be going. A young player who is at the start of a great career.

I’m sure a he would be an asset to lower end championship clubWho’s buying either, especially Stevens?

I’ll save you some time and say no one has that kind of budget and would be interested.
How are they affording his wages, or are we paying them as well as letting him go on a free?I’m sure a he would be an asset to lower end championship club
Forest are desperate for players though , need to replace five loan players plus probably add two or three of prem quality squad fillers if you say five million quick deal no add'ons, then player signs for relatively low wages with relegation clause it is probably quite an attractive deal for forest. If we can get anything like £2m for a player who's never had a good game for us then take it.
