Having a shufty at Twatter earlier, the best and most in depth transfer stuff seems to be centred round Mike Stephenson, who seems to have a fundamental grasp of how it all works, and reasons why certain transfers are happening and why they aren't happening, and there is a sense of clarity around the stuff he posts.
