Should be getting feedback on:

* Student ticket deals

* Catering availability on upper tier (particularly for that student offer game)

Matters to raise (so far):

* Feedback on ticket deals from season ticket holders - mixed. Will query value of season ticket v. on the day prices and try and get some figures for you.

* Stewards getting in the bloody way, particularly in game v. Walsall.

* Reaction to Annie's Bar. Pop your feedback or ideas in this thread: http://www.s24su.com/forum/index.php?threads/annies-bar-opening-tomorrow-night.32159

Any more for any more?

I would be interested how they feel the voucher system for drinks works on the Kop. There never seems to be enough people queuing at half time in my opinion. Also when getting served you are sometimes having one person take the order, one person get the order then one person take the money. Seems a bit long winded to me, when out of those three people they could all be serving and that would then in theory cut waiting times.

What does this mean? You want longer queues?

There are usually enough people queueing to cause all sorts of confusion when trying to access the bog.
What I mean is, the system where people pay for their drinks before kick off and take a voucher to the far side of the bar, just doesn't seem like enough people use it to keep the system going.

That same song that is played every half time. Could you suggest that just once, maybe, they could play something else?

I suppose their argument would be that it doesn't really cause any hassle to keep the system running. If people are complaining about the shorter queues for people buying vouchers, then that is the point in having the voucher scheme in the first place and their answer would be "use the voucher scheme then" :)

Which Lady Gaga track would you like to hear?:)

If I'm honest I don't think its that bad of an idea, but they could do with pushing the idea a bit more. I'm not sure many fans know about it in all honesty

People on here may be able to answer this - why isn't card accepted at the catering facilities? If I'm occasionally greedy before the game and have an extra pint, I can't be greedy at half time and have a pie/bovril. Some people may call this karma, but I call darn unfair.

They need to get ahead of the game and get the old contact-less payment sorted.

Here in Japan we have a system call pasmo/ suica. It's like an Oyster card, primarily for public transport.

But you can also use it in convenience shops, street vending machines etc. I think the contact-less Payment system is about the closest the north of England has to this for small transactions

Mind you, they also allow you to drink in the stands in Japan

Watching games in China was terrible, everyone around me was having a ciggie. Totally counteracted any benefit from having swig while watching.
