The loyalty system does not reward new fans who have no chance of ever catching up. We could have a ST holder for one year who goes to every game but when the big game turns up the guy who went years ago but does not go since we dropped into League One still has more loyalty points and get first dibs on the big game tickets. A rolling say 5 year count for e.g would be a lot fairer and reward the fans that attend now rather than years ago and only show for the big games.
I'm not knocking the loyalty system it is good but it could be tweaked to be even better, these are the same arguments we have had for years but the club has done nothing to address the little bits that are unfair.

Difficult to be fair all the time but the current system is not too bad.

What about those who stood in the rain on a muddy bank at Halifax and get no loyalty points for it

Or

Those who had a season ticket but can't now afford one?

There are a fair few who went for one or two seasons when the points system was set up. They have not been to a game since
(I have been speaking to the ticket office about this and they confirmed it). So someone who has this seasons season ticket has a chance if the benchmark is set low (number of points). The guy who has not been would have to activate a membership to get tickets and if he does not go the following season would be overtaken by the new ST holder.
However if there was one day allocated for loyalty points holders with no ST or Membership or anything else and the benchmark was set low (1 season ticket points) then the new ST holder would probably get in first because the old ST holder would probably not jump the queue by activating a membership when he could wait.
Would that not reward All fans who have been loyal since the points system was introduced? (yes, some who have been for many seasons before the points were introduced would still have to wait for GS).

Apologies, the meeting was postponed until tonight.

Will report back later.

One for the next meeting please. Can you ask if they ever intend to link Super Draw membership to the online ticket office. As an exile I joined Blades Revival (!) as a means to support the club from afar but also give me some hope of getting a ticket to games where there were allocation issues given I live a 3 hour drive from Sheffield so don't get to games that often. The current Wembley ticket scenario is a perfect example of why this doesn't work - if I want to use my SD membership on the 29th then I need to go in person to the ticket office..... Oops. If the online ticket office could be aligned with the SD membership that would be the ideal solution. I asked about his some years ago and was told they were "looking into this" but have heard nothing since. Thanks
You would think in the current technological world we could have a proper computer system that it up to date. I have been an original member in Blades Revival to assist the club and are still in the latest system with an additions 4 family members as well.
The current issue of tickets for the Semi is totally unacceptable as the computer system does not accept the Blades draw meaning only via phone call.
While the present loyalty system seems to work just spare a thought for fans who have a 5 hour drive, some 420 miles and after supporting for 68 years the journey seems longer and visits to the Lane are not as frequent. One could be penalised due to age, something no one will appreciate until they get there.
At least we got our 5 semi tickets but not without some drama.

But then with a rolling count , should we become a big draw to those who pick and choose... Wouldn't this end up with a large proportion always being on the same levels of points?
