When will SUFC enforce the no smoking policy inside the ground ? cigs aren't too bad but the stench of weed at times is foul and overpowering but the stewards look the other way and do nothing.

Will mention it - it was raised as a point in the survey that the stewards don't seem to want to get involved with the smoking in toilets.

Were you at Wembley, MB? I walked into the bogs there and thought I'd stumbled into a time travel device and I was back in a basement shebeen in late 70s Pitsmoor!

not just in the bogs. At the feberbache game there was people smoking weed, blatantly down by the food kiosks. Few stewards milling around aswell.

Just another one who would like the PA system sorted.

Well United do advertise for "casual" staff so can hardly be surprised when the stewards adopt a nonchalant, laid back approach to the job. ;)

Weren't we promised a pin badge with our season ticket renewals? Or did I dream that?

This is after they made some redundant just a couple of months ago. (I know your comment was a joke)

I thought most of the ticket office and shop staff had always been employed on a casual basis?

Right... Just to confirm that the SLO meeting is tonight. Apparently we're the only group reps to put any points forward as your comments (and the Twitter ones by email) are the only ones raised on the agenda.

I also note from the agenda that yours truly has been put forward to chair the meetings... Something which I'm happy to do, on the understanding that I will be approaching these meetings slightly differently to the previous incumbents in order to ensure that they are of value to the attendees and the supporter-base as a whole (most of whom didn't realise the SLO existed).

You'll be telling us about your Trade Union Representative qualifications next Linz ;)

Linz

Not sure if this is too late but something that came up today. My son is 17 - there is no membership card for 17 year olds - you have either adult or Junior Blade (which is a chore to join as you cannot do online) so he chose to purchase an adult season card. He has only started working earlier this year will not be able to get to every game so not worth a ST.

As a 17 year old he gets discounted tickets as young adult but they are sending out the tickets by post rather than putting on to his card. He wanted the card for convenience rather than tickets. Also, if he has a change of shift and can go to match at last minute, the ticket collection option is not good - particularly when he has a membership card!

Is there a reason why they cannot link the purchases to his membership card? Also, does the free ticket after 5 matches still apply?

Appreciate this is not your domain but I thought worth raising and must not be an isolated issue?

Cheers!

the smell of weed is lovely, its those dirty stale fags that are the problem.

People should be able to smoke whatever they like in my oppinion though, its outdoors and the football ground isnt some kind of health club

The minutes will be out within the week but this is to answer a few specific queries:

Re the shirts, I've either put weight on since last year or the sizes are smaller than the previous one. That's not a complaint, they just might want to mention that on the size guide (eg if you were medium in the old shirt try large in the new one)

Yep... sizes are smaller. They are expecting more XL and XXL shirts in stock.

And if I occasionally upgrade my Kop season ticket to the Westfield Corner for some matches, they won't lump on these extra prices if done on match day?

Emma Wylie sent a document through to JG answering all ticketing queries. We're just waiting for this to be emailed through.

This greatest ever player vote. Can they not open it to online? Us exiles won't get a chance to vote. They could tie it to customer numbers to stop it being compromised by the pork

A bit late for this one (as the vote finishes tomorrow) - but they've said they'll bear it in mind for future votes.

I've had a few via email which I'll add here to remind me:

1) A chap asking about changing facilities on the Kop if he decided to take his infant son to a match this season.

2) The volume of the speakers in the South Stand is deafening on certain blocks

There are changing facilities in the John Street disabled toilets apparently... he would have to upgrade his seat to sit in there.

PA system - They're aware of the problem. Gary Sinclair was working with the sound technicians yesterday to try and deal with the issue. Ideally the whole PA system would be upgraded as it's getting on a bit, but it's all money. Advised to see what it's like tomorrow and provide more feedback if it's still not right.

Can you ask why they insist on having that kiosk open with the guy sat twiddling his thimbs instead of serving people pints at half time on the kop. If they know how many vouchers have been sold they know that nobody else is coming to the voucher till so why cant they start serving people with cash?

The message is basically: use the voucher scheme then.

Who cocked up with the away kit, resulting in the quickly cobbled together Father Ted outfits? A decision which means there are now TWO different designs of black shorts. Bonkers, rip-off accusation worthy stuff.

The players were consulted and wanted (transparent!) white shorts with the home kit... these are white with a red stripe. The away kit are black with a white stripe. The black with red are only a change kit for the white home shorts when there is a clash.

I've been wanting a long sleeve United shirt for years and I thought with it now being a big company that may be more likely. I'd appreciate if that could be mentioned.

Apparently you're not fashionable any more :)

Since players have started wearing compression garments, they no longer wear long sleeved shirts, which means that people generally don't want to purchase them. The minimum order of these from the supplier is restrictive and the last time the club ordered long sleeved ones, they only sold about 20% of them.

O dear! White shorts at home! Doomed

Again, not what was shown as per launch of the new home kit. Black shorts and white socks. Since when did players start getting a say in the colours the club play in? If that's the case I'm very a surprised we aint playing in the navy blue of Scotland!

Well then they have no excuse for not pissing the league now, do they?

FFS. Can we get a message back to the club, it is the supporters that pay and we will be here a long time after most staff move on.

Will they be doing a poll on what the customers want ? I demand they do but I can tell you the result now.

BLACK SHORTS.

Not happy about this.

Enough angst and passion directed in the right areas will soon put the players back in their place. Get on it UB :)

Cheers Linz but I still dont know where to buy vouchers from so Ill just bring in a hip flask instead
